Gareth is a Licenced Building Practitioner who has 25 plus years experience. He has project managed numerous building projects and this experience and knowledge enables the job to run smoothly within tight time frames. His ability to communicate with all those involved in the project and listen to and deal with changes as they arise allow the job to evolve and adapt.
Keeping the client and sub trades informed during the whole build process is a key element and Gareth ensures that this happens.
Our carpenter team contract only to Manly Construction and this means you get the same people working on your project from start to finish. This allows a relationship to form between our team and the client.
Over the years we have formed great relationships with a wide range of sub trades and will only use licenced practitioners who we know will do a quality job. All these sub trades ensure your project is finished to a high standard and one you and our team can be proud of.
We can take your project from a Brief, (what you would like to achieve), Concept plan, Design, Council Consented Plans, Build right through to Final Council Sign Off. We deal with these professionals everyday so have the knowledge and expertise to get your dream project made into a reality.
Typical Job Costs: $10,000 - $2 million. Job Costs vary considerably.
The variation between our clients can be enormous. We work with what the client wants and do our best to achieve that outcome within budget. Our advice is always check that you and/or your architect is aware of your budget and that you are realistic about true costs.
