This house had been neglected over many years and was in a major need of a of a make over and some major maintenance.

New decks were configure to allow better indoor outdoor flow.

Removing a door way allowed the dinning room to become more of a separate usable area

Opening up the second lounge but allowing it to be able to be closed off gave this area of the house a more open fee

Main wall in second lounge had door way removed and was lined with groved ply which added some nice detail to the room.

Laundry area was reconfigured and made into a more usable space that connected to the new outdoor decks.
